Corporate Spirit newsletter is a quarterly publication of Corporate Spirit targeted for our interest groups. In this paper we handle the new developments in the area of organizational climate and customer relationship. We also discuss the value added we have been able to create for our customers and tell interesting success and other stories as described by our stake-holders.
