Why does Corporate Spirit concentrate only on research in personnel, organisation and leadership?
Since its founding in 1986 Corporate Spirit has aimed to achieve the highest possible level of expertise and quality in all its research. As we can’t be experts in every field, we have focused strictly on this type of research.
Which type of research, quantitative or qualitative, does Corporate Spirit do?
We do both quantitative and qualitative research. Usually we apply both methods in our research projects. In our view, qualitative methods are important in order to understand issues in depth but quantitative information is also needed to assess the scale of issues, to track progress, and in constructing different indicators and indexes.
Are the research projects carried out by Corporate Spirit standardized or can they be tailor-made?
Based on our long experience in the business we have developed concepts that help us to plan and carry out studies more efficiently. However, in developing these concepts our guiding principle has been their adaptability - that is, every research project is tailor-made according to the client´s needs. For example, we use a core set of questions in our surveys but supplement these with questions developed on the basis of individual client requirements. Our experience has been gathered during almost 100 cumulative person-years of experience in personnel-, company image- and customer relationship research.
